Our Counselor-In-Training program which is designed to develop our oldest campers’ leadership skills is an available discounted program for campers at least 13 years of age AND entering 9th, 10th, and 11th graders. Click here to learn more.

Discounts

  • A $25 Early Bird Discount PER SESSION ENROLLED by Friday, February 28 @ 11:59 pm (shown in the above table).
  • Multiple Session Discount $40 off 4 weeks (2 sessions), $90 off 6 weeks (3 sessions), and $160 off 8 weeks (4 Sessions).
  • Sibling Discount  5% off the 3rd and subsequent children’s tuition. (Discount does not apply to extended day programs).

What’s Included?

Camper tuition includes all activity programs, a camp t-shirt, a morning snack, an afternoon Popsicle, lunch on Fridays, and a 5 X 7 group photo (mailed in Jan.).

What is Optional?

  • Extended Day – Before and Aftercare located at Cactus Day Camp.
  • Lunch – Ordered online Monday through Thursday from a variety of restaurants.

Payment Terms and Policies:

  • Deposit:  A $250 deposit PER CHILD PER SESSION ENROLLED must accompany enrollment before May 1st, 2025. Enrollment after May 1st requires full payment.
  • Early Bird Discount: A $25 Early Bird Discount will be applied to each two-week session a child is enrolled in by February 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
  • Multiple Session Discounts: The total tuition will be discounted by:
    • $40 when enrolled for four weeks (two sessions)
    • $90 when enrolled for six weeks (three sessions)
    • $160 when enrolled for eight weeks (four sessions).
  • Sibling Discount:  Sibling Discount will be applied to families with three or more children enrolled at one time. A 5% discount will be applied to the 3rd and subsequent children’s tuition. Sibling discounts will be entered manually in the camp office after enrollment is received. You will be notified by email of your updated tuition balance. Discount does not apply to extended day fees.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due in two installments: Friday, March 1st, 2025 and May 1st, 2025.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay by cash or check, please call the office to make arrangements. A $1 placeholder will still be required by credit card when submitting a registration. 
  • Cancellations:
    • From registration to March 31st, a $150 cancellation fee PER CHILD, PER SESSION WITHDRAWAL from camp will be charged.
    • Between April 1 & April 30, a $200 cancellation fee PER CHILD, PER SESSION WITHDRAWAL from camp will be charged.
    • Between May 1 & May 15, a $400 cancellation fee PER CHILD, PER SESSION WITHDRAWAL from the first and/or second sessions, and a $250 cancellation fee PER CHILD, PER SESSION WITHDRAWAL from the third and/or fourth sessions will be charged.
    • As of May 16no refunds will be given for any reason.  All cancellations must be in writing.
    • Multiple Session Cancellations: When canceling one or more sessions, discounts will be adjusted to reflect the remaining number of sessions enrolled. Canceling from any number of multiple sessions to one single two-week session will incur an additional $50 cancelation fee.
